You get up to 20 minutes of air in reserve supply depending on depth. You also get the added safety of having a redundant regulator. Beautifully machined from aircraft aluminum then microfinished to remove sharp edges, it is a treasure to hold. It comes complete with lanyard, rubber pad, and two pins. It removes underwater and can be handed off to annother diver. This feature alone has been credited for saving three lives last year. Removes and changes with tank in seconds. Has standard reciever bracket, 4.4" ring for 13/19 aluminum bottle and two stainless steel pins with lanyard.
